Brasov

             Brasov (Brașov, Kronstadt, Brassó) is a city in Romania and the capital of Brașov County. According to the last Romanian census, from 2011, there were 227,961 people living within the city of Brașov, making it the 8th most populous city in Romania. Brașov is located in the central part of the country, about 166 km north of Bucharest. It is surrounded by the Southern Carpathians and is part of the Transylvania region. 
              The main landmarks of Brasov are: The Black Church (Biserica Neagră, Schwarze Kirche, Fekete templom), Council Square (Piaţa Sfatului), Transylvania University of Brașov, Casa Sfatului, St. Nicholas Church (Biserica Sfântul Nicolae), First Romanian School (Prima şcoală românească), Rope Street (Strada sforii), Şcheii Braşovului (Obere Vorstadt, Bolgárszeg), Catherine's Gate (Poarta Ecaterinei), Schei Gate (Poarta Schei, Bolgárszegi-kapu), Tâmpa (Kapellenberg), Brașov Citadel Fortress (Cetăţuia Brașovului).

Razelm lake

             Razelm lake (Razim lake, romanian Lacul Razelm, Lacul Razim) is the lake and the group of the lakes on the beach of Black Sea (Marea Neagra) in Romania south of the Danube Delta (Delta Dunarii). It is the largest lake in Romania. It is a complex formed by a few limans and lagoons. The group can be separated into two subgroups. The northern subgroup contains freshwater lakes Razelm and Goloviţa, whereas the southern group is made up of salt lakes. All these lakes cover an area of about 730 km², 415 km² of it being the area of lake Razelm alone. Maximum deep is 2.8 m. Razelm lake has an island - Insula Popina (100 ha).

Prut river

               The Prut (Прут) is a 953 km (592 mi) long river in Eastern Europe. In part of its course it forms the border between Romania and Moldova.  On Romanian territory Prut river has a length of 742 km, a catchment area of 10990 km ² and an annual average flow of 110 m³ / sec (before flowing into the Danube). On a stretch of 39.4 km marks the Romanian-Ukrainian border, a stretch of 681.3 km (of which 73.9 km are made ​​of Lake Stanca Costesti) marks the border between Romania and Moldova.

               The following towns are situated along the river Prut: Kolomyia, Chernivtsi, Ungheni, Leova, Cahul. The main tributaries are: Sărata, Lăpuşna, Tlumachyk, Turka, Chornyava, Cherlena, Rynhach, Rekitnyanka, Larha, Cheremosh, Jijia.

Tisza river

             The Tisza (Tisa, тиса) is one of the main rivers of Central Europe. It drains an area of about 156,087 km² (60,266 sq mi) and has a length of 965 km (600 mi) the biggest catchment and length of any of Danube tributaries.
              It is passing several cities along its way, including Sighetu Marmaţiei, Khust, Szolnok, Szeged, Bečej. The main tributaries are Someş (Szamos), Körös (Cris), Mureş (Maros), Bodrog, Vişeu River, Iza, Săpânţa, Şugătag, Tur River, Kraszna, Sajó, Zagyva, Bega River, Jegrička, Čik.
              In early 2000, there was a sequence of serious pollution incidents originating from accidental industrial discharges in Romania. This series of incidents were described at the time as the most serious environmental disaster to hit central Europe since the Chernobyl disaster.
