Canberra

              Canberra is the capital city of Australia. With a population of 358,000, it is Australia's largest inland city and the eighth-largest city overall. The city is located at the northern end of the Australian Capital Territory (ACT), 280 km (170 mi) south-west of Sydney, and 660 km (410 mi) north-east of Melbourne. 
             The main landmarks of Canberra are Blundells Cottage, National Gallery of Australia, the National Portrait Gallery, the National Archives, the Australian Academy of Science, the National Film and Sound Archive, the National Museum, Nara park, Parliament House, Australian War Memorial, Black Mountain Tower, National Library of Australia, and Australian National University.
