Puebla

               Puebla (Heroica Puebla de Zaragoza) is the seat of the Municipality of Puebla, the capital of the state of Puebla, and one of the most important cities in Mexico. Puebla is located at the Valley of Puebla also known as the Valley of Cuetlaxcoapan, a large valley surrounded on four sides by the mountains and volcanoes of the Trans-Mexican volcanic belt. It is located 40 km. east of the Popocatépetl and Iztaccíhuatl volcanoes. 
               The main landmarks of Puebla are: State's Government Palace, Cathedral of Puebla (La Catedral), Church of San Francisco, Church of San Cristóbal (Templo de San Cristóbal), Fort Loreto, Fort Guadalupe, Casa de Alfeñique, Portal Hidalgo and Municipal Palace, Uriarte Talavera, Palafoxiana Library (Biblioteca Palafoxiana), El Parian, Amparo Museum (Museo Amparo), Centro Cultural Santa Rosa, Museo de la Revolución, Galería de Arte Contemporáneo y Diseño, Museo de José Mariano Bello y Acedo, Museum Workshop of Erasto Cortés Juárez, Teatro Principal de Puebla, Fountain of the China Poblan, Iglesia de Santo Domingo, Capilla del Rosario.
